Randwater is seeking a dedicated and hardworking candidate to assist an Artisan in conducting general maintenance, installations, and repairs of domestic plumbing equipment. The successful candidate will also help in the fabrication of pipeline equipment. Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 or N3 qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in a plumbing or similar environment
• Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment
• Willingness to learn and work under supervision
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist the Artisan in preparing for jobs and gathering necessary tools
• Accompany the Artisan to job sites and assist with maintenance and installations
• Load and unload tools manually and operate an overhead crane when required
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and the work area to ensure efficiency and safety
• Properly stack and store materials and equipment to maintain an organized workspace
Knowledge & Skills Required:
• Basic understanding of plumbing tools and materials
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
Attitude & Work Ethic:
• Strong commitment to customer service and job excellence
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to tasks
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in plumbing and maintenance
