Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18–35 years

• Residency: Must reside in Mthatha (OR Tambo District, King Sabata Dalindyebo Municipality)

• Employment Status: Must be unemployed

• Government Funding: Applicants must not have previously received funding from government entities (e.g., NSFAS, SETAs, Funza Lushaka, etc.)

• Education: Minimum Grade 9–12 qualification

• Certified copies of qualifications

• SAPS affidavit confirming no prior government funding
