Purpose Statement:
• Welcome clients and manage branch flow efficiently
• Provide excellent service at the ATM and assist with transactions on self-service channels
• Gain the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting
Experience:
• Minimum: No experience required, but a Grade 12 National Certificate is essential
• Ideal: Some client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment
Qualifications:
• Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• Ideal: N/A
Knowledge:
• Minimum: Basic calculations, how to engage with people, and clarity of personal aspirations
• Ideal: Knowledge of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products and processes
Skills:
• Communication skills
• Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
• Interpersonal & relationship management skills
Conditions of Employment:
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Must have detectable/recognizable fingerprints in Capitec Bank’s internal system
