Minimum Requirements
To qualify, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Education:
• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science (Mathematical Literacy not accepted).
• Minimum 50% for Mathematics and Physical Science (proof required).
• Alternatively, N2 (Engineering Studies) with applicable subjects.
• Additional Requirements:
• Medically fit and healthy (based on a medical examination).
• Willingness to reside in the company’s operational area.
• Dedicated, hard-working, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s license and access to own transport.
• Clear criminal record.
• South African citizen.
• Age: Not older than 25 years.
Job Specification
• Training Duration: 3 years of practical and theoretical training.
• Trade Test: Scheduled in the 4th year, contingent on trade test readiness.
