Position Titles:
- Learnership Electrician (2 Positions) – Ref: BH 0554
- Learnership Diesel Mechanic (2 Positions) – Ref: BH 0551
- Learnership Boilermaker – Ref: BH 0552
- Learnership Fitter – Ref: BH 0553
- Learnership Auto Electrician (3 Positions) – Ref: BH 0555
- Learnership Instrumentation (3 Positions) – Ref: BH 0556
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- N2 Certificate in relevant trade subjects (Mathematics, Engineering Science, Trade Theory, Industrial Electronics).
- A valid Code B Driver’s License.
Required Competencies:
Behavioral:
- Basic self-leadership.
- Assertiveness, communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
System Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Technical:
- Understanding of medium voltage switchgear and distribution networks operation and maintenance.
Foundational Business Acumen:
- Basic financial management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in change and improvement initiatives.
- Provide accurate data and ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Contribute to team performance and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and safety gear.
- Complete trade test training and on-the-job training.
- Adhere to Integrated Management System (IMS) standards and promote waste minimization.
