County Fair, a division of Astral Operations Limited, aims to provide four incumbents with the opportunity to train, gain knowledge, experience and qualification as an Artisan.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science
  • Minimum National Technical Certificate (N4) to complete a program for a trade
  • Higher qualification in the relevant engineering discipline (N5/N6 would be an advantage)

Key skills and competencies:

  • An aptitude for the engineering discipline
  • Attention to detail and conceptual skills
  • Willingness to learn and attend training at the relevant college as required
