10 X Learnerships: ADT Operators
–Requirements: No prior experience necessary. Candidates must have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
–Duties: Operate ADT equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
–Ethics: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Grader Operator
–Requirements: Proven experience as a Grader Operator. Relevant certifications preferred.
–Duties: Operate a grader to ensure surfaces are graded to specifications.
–Ethics: Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures rigorously.
FEL Operator
–Requirements: Experience in operating Front End Loaders (FELs). Valid certification advantageous.
–Duties: Efficiently load materials into trucks or crushers as per operational needs.
